SpunLight makes the best cotton candy and cotton candy sugars available. We use organic cane sugar as our base, flavored with organic or all natural ingredients. We start with the fruit, herb or flower - so Strawberry is made with real organic strawberries. This is what makes SpunLight so special, we've always made our own recipes and can vouch for every ingredient we use. We never use any artificial dyes, all of our colors come from plants. About Our Cotton Candy Tubs
When you buy our organic cotton candy in tubs we'll ship it right to your door. The tubs have 40 calories of cotton candy inside. They measure about 4.5 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. They stay fresh 2 months or longer on the shelf.
About Our Cotton Candy Sugar
SpunLight's flavored sugars are made by us, using recipes we've perfected and use ourselves to make the best cotton candy in the world. We use organic cane sugar as our base and add only ingredients derived from a real fruit, herb, tea, etc. There are no artificial dyes or flavors in any of our products.
If you're already in business or thinking of starting a new business, we also sell concentrated versions of most of our flavored sugars. 5 pounds of concentrate makes 25 pounds of flavored sugar. These come in vacuum sealed bags for freshness. Shelf life is 6 months, at which point some of the flavor may begin to fade.
Do you use any nuts or other allergens?
No, none of our products contain nuts of any kind including peanuts, walnuts, pecans, macadamias or brazil nuts. We do, however, use coconut in 3 flavors.
Our cotton candy does not contain any dairy or egg products.
It is gluten free.
It is corn and soy free.
Basically, unless you're allergic to cane sugar or whatever the flavor is based on, i.e. the fruit, tea, herb, etc, you'll be fine.
Do you have blue cotton candy?
Sorry, we don't have any blue cotton candy at the moment. A natural blue food colorant doesn't exist, at least not with the potency we need, but we're working on developing one.
Which one is classic cotton candy flavored?
"Cotton candy flavor" is chemically made in a lab, so we don't have a cotton candy that tastes like that. If you're looking for something classic, I recommend our Strawberry cotton candy. If you're looking for something pink, I recommend our Hibiscus cotton candy.
What makes it organic?
The USDA organic regulations are very strict. To be organic a product must have 95% or more organic ingredients. That's true for most of our products, look at the Additional Details of a flavor to see if it qualifies.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
If there is a problem with your order that is our fault (for example, we shipped you the wrong items) we are happy to either refund all or part of your purchase or simply replace the mistaken flavors.
Priority Mail packages are insured and MAY be refunded or replaced if damaged or lost. Please email us a picture for proof of damage. Our email address is spunlightcottoncandy@gmail.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS and therefor do not offer refunds based on delays.
As our products are food, we cannot accept any returns.
What's the deal with shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. We ship via USPS. Cotton candy orders of 5 tubs or less will ship First Class Mail and take 2-5 days to arrive after shipping. All other orders will ship Priority Mail and take 1-3 days for delivery after shipping.
We ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you need an order delivered by the coming weekend it should be placed by Monday morning.
If you'd like to order in advance and have us ship it later, just let us now in the notes section of your order. We're happy to schedule your order to ship for a certain day.
If you live in Tucson and would like to pick up your package instead of us shipping it, please email us at spunlightcottoncandy@gmail.com to set up a custom order and set a pick up date.
