Allergy Concerns

SpunLight uses only organic cane sugar and organic or all natural flavors. There is no contact with soy, eggs, milk, peanuts, corn, wheat, gluten, nuts, dyes or most other common allergens. Many of our customers appreciate that we're a safe treat for themselves and their children, but because we use natural ingredients check our flavor list if you have a special case. For example, the Coconut cotton candy contains coconut and our Strawberry contains strawberries.

 

Shipping Policies

We ship via USPS. Cotton candy orders of 5 tubs or less will ship First Class Mail and take 2-5 days to arrive after shipping. All other orders will ship Priority Mail and take 1-3 days for delivery after shipping.

We ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you need an order delivered by the coming weekend it should be placed by Monday morning.

If you live in Tucson and would like to pick up your package instead of us shipping it, please email us at spunlightcottoncandy@gmail.com to set up a custom order and set a pick up date.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order that is our fault (for example, we shipped after your expected delivery day, or we shipped you the wrong items) we are happy to either refund all or part of your purchase or simply replace the mistaken flavors.

Priority Mail packages are insured and MAY be refunded or replaced if damaged or lost. Please send us images for proof of damage. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS and therefor do not offer refunds based on delays.

As our products are food, we cannot accept any returns.
